The title εἶδος (eidos) refers to the idea—eternal and perfect for Plato; the substantial form for Aristotle; and the phenomenological, unchanging essence for Husserl. Through various media, including photography, cyanotype and painting, the exhibition explores these concepts, with the images serving as a point of inquiry into reality within a continuous process of transformation.
